Ich denke eine Entkriminalisieren ist einen Versuch Wert. Eine gestaffelte Geldstrafe ist ausreichend und wenn kein Geld da ist, ist es halt so.

Jeder muss auch sich vor seinem Gewissen rechtfertigen, wenn er schwarzfährt, ob das angebracht ist und wann.

Das ist meine Meinung.

I think decriminalization is worth a try. A tiered fine is sufficient, and if no one has the money, so be it.

Everyone also has to answer to their conscience if they ride public transport without a ticket, to decide whether it's appropriate and when.
