Ich habe mir die Patientenakte angeschaut und da ist meines Erachtens noch vieles nicht sinnvoll.
Einfach einen Haufen von Daten anzuhäufen ohne irgendwelche Strukturen nur mit einer einfachen Suchfunktion ist m.E.zu wenig
M.E. braucht es wenigstens eine sinnvolle standardisierte vorgegebene Ordnerstruktur z.B. der Ordner Blutgruppe oder Impfungen usw und möglichst auch vorgegebene, standardisierte Dateien dazu die man ausfüllt.
Auch die Befunde geordnet nach Fachrichtungen ist sicher sinnvoll.
Ich denke die elektronische Patientenakte ist sicher sinnvoll, aber etwas Gehirnschmalz sollte man noch investieren, bevor man die Ärzte verpflichtet sie zu füllen.

I have looked at the patient file and in my opinion there is still a lot that is not useful.
Simply accumulating a bunch of data without any structures, only with a simple search function, is not enough in my opinion.
In my opinion, it needs at least a meaningful standardized predetermined folder structure, e.g. the folder blood group or vaccinations, etc. and preferably also predetermined, standardized files that you fill out.
It also makes sense to organize the findings according to specialty.
I think the electronic patient file is certainly useful, but a little brainpower should be invested before obliging doctors to fill it out.
